How to book into Vacation Care 

Early Bird Special – to lock in your daily rate at $52.50 per day – Return your forms by Friday 14th September 2018!

Daily Rate for forms returned after the 14.09.2018 is $70 a day.
Final Date to return forms is Friday 21st September 2018!!

STEP 1

Read the Winter Family Information Handout so you are aware of what is happening this holiday period.   Please keep it for your reference, either print or add it as a bookmark.  This document provides you with details of excursions, incursions and other activities that your child will be participating in throughout the holidays.   It also outlines any items that you need to ensure that your child has packed for the day.

STEP 2

One Booking Form per child must be returned, all forms must be completed, incomplete forms will not be processed. Please do not scan and email forms to us – we must have original forms, with signatures, returned.

Our holiday program excursions and incursions are split between Years K-2 and Years 3-6.   This is to ensure that we provide a more age and developmentally appropriate experiences for the children.   This also ensures that we reduce, and hopefully eliminate, waiting lists on excursion days.  Please ensure you fill in the correct form for your child’s school year.

If your child is in Kindergarten – Year 2 at school in 2018 please complete and return this form: –K-2 Vacation Care Booking Form – October

If your child is in Year 3 – Year 6 at school in 2018 please complete and return this form:- 3-6 Vacation Care Booking Form – October

STEP 3

Return Original booking form to any of our services or post to us at PO Box 768, Toongabbie, NSW 2146.  We  can’t accept emailed forms.

STEP 4

Print our Holidays Calendar October 2018 as a quick reference, so you know  what is on at the service each day and what you need to pack for your children.

STEP 5

You will receive a statement confirming your place once your form has been processed.    Please check your statement carefully to ensure that your bookings are correct.  Accounts that are in arrears must be paid up to date before your form will be processed, failure to do so will mean that your child may not get a place.

Please ensure your preferred email address details are correct on your booking from, as we will be emailing out regular notices and reminders throughout the holiday’s.
