Darlington Activity Centre (DAC)<\/strong> is located within Darlington Public School<\/strong>, operating out of the school hall before and after school<\/strong>, as well as during school holidays<\/strong>. We primarily provide care for children from Kindergarten to Year 6<\/strong> enrolled at Darlington Public School. When space permits, we also offer a limited number of places<\/strong> to children attending the onsite preschool<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

DAC began operating in April 2022<\/strong>, and since then, our numbers have steadily grown. We offer a child-led program<\/strong> guided by the interests of the children and supported by our educators through a mix of planned and spontaneous activities<\/strong>. Our aim is to create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment<\/strong> where children feel comfortable and supported.<\/p>\n

Our team is led by Virginia<\/strong>, who serves as both the Coordinator and Educational Leader<\/strong>. With experience in the OOSH sector since 1994<\/strong>, she has worked in a variety of services across both Sydney and the country. Alongside Virginia, Natasha and Kate<\/strong> are key members of our team and are your main points of contact for any questions or concerns while at the service. Our dedicated team of enthusiastic young educators<\/strong>, working together with our experienced staff, helps ensure that DAC remains a secure, supportive, and enriching environment<\/strong> for all children in our care.<\/p>\n
