  • To ensure the program is flexible to accommodate the different ages and stages of development of all children.
  • To encourage independence and self-help skills in all children offering help and assistance when necessary.

  • To guide all children’s behaviour in a positive way and apply appropriate discipline, if needed.
  • To ensure no form of corporal punishment is used.
  • To treat all children equitably.
  • All Educators are encouraged to attend in-service training and other relevant training workshops to provide your children with quality care.
